Most multi-site hosting plans lock a fixed storage limit to each individual website, forcing you to upgrade a single site even when you have spare space elsewhere. Our Plesk reseller hosting pools your storage across your entire reseller account.

- Share storage freely across your sites. A 9 GB ecommerce site and four 1 GB brochure sites sit comfortably inside a single 15 GB pack without artificial per-domain walls.
- Scale in steps of 5 domains. Start with 5 domains for £15 per month + VAT (£150 per year + VAT) and add extra 5-domain packs at £5 per month + VAT (£50 per year + VAT) whenever you take on new client projects.

How does pooled storage work?
Each 5-domain pack includes 15 GB of NVMe storage (calculated at 3 GB per domain). Instead of locking each domain to its own 3 GB cap, the storage is pooled across your reseller account. One larger website can use more than 3 GB as long as the total storage across all your domains stays within your account's pooled allowance. Need more space? You can add extra pooled storage for £7.50 per 10 GB per month + VAT (£75 per 10 GB per year + VAT), or add an extra 5-domain pack (which includes 15 GB) for £5 per month + VAT (£50 per year + VAT).
How do I add more 5-domain packs?
You can add extra 5-domain packs at any time as you take on new clients. The first pack is £15 per month + VAT (£150 per year + VAT), and each additional pack adds 5 domains and 15 GB of pooled NVMe storage for £5 per month + VAT (£50 per year + VAT). If you need more than 50 domains, contact us for a custom quote.
How do client logins work in Plesk?
You receive your own Plesk reseller login where you can view and manage every domain under your account. When a client needs access to their own website or email settings, you can create a separate Plesk login restricted to their specific subscription without exposing your other clients' sites.
How does unmetered bandwidth and fair use work?
We do not meter monthly data transfer or charge overage fees when a client site has a busy month. Usage is covered by the fair use rules in our Acceptable Use Policy, which means sites must be normal web applications and cannot be used for file distribution mirrors, public streaming relays or abusive traffic that degrades server performance for other users.
How often are backups taken and how long are they kept?
Automated backups run every 8 hours and are retained for 1 year. This gives you three restore points per day across a full 12-month history for files, databases and mailboxes.
Is email hosting included and what are the sending limits?
Yes, you can create mailboxes on your hosted domains through Plesk. To protect mail server reputation and prevent abuse, outbound email is limited to 250 emails per hour per mailbox. For high-volume marketing campaigns or bulk transactional mail, we recommend using a dedicated email delivery service.
Can you migrate my existing websites?
Yes. You can migrate sites yourself using Plesk, or our team can migrate existing websites, databases and mailboxes for £25 + VAT per site. We agree the cutover window with you in advance to keep disruption to a minimum.
What are your support hours and response times?

What does hosting support cover and what is excluded?
We look after the UK server infrastructure, Plesk reseller panel, network availability, DDoS protection and 8-hour backups. Website changes, plugin conflicts, theme edits and custom code work are not included in hosting support, but you can book our team through our web development service whenever you need hands-on developer help.
How do billing, upgrades and cancellation work?
You can choose monthly billing (£15 + VAT for the first pack, £5 + VAT per extra pack, and £7.50 + VAT per 10 GB of extra storage) or yearly billing (£150 + VAT for the first pack, £50 + VAT per extra pack, and £75 + VAT per 10 GB of extra storage). All prices exclude VAT. You can add packs or extra storage as your portfolio grows and cancel in line with our Hosting Terms of Service.
